  • What warranties do you offer?

Golden Soul offers free lifetime warranty against any product and/or manufacturer defects. We cannot cover any Golden Soul piece that have been worked on by another jeweler.

  • What is your return/exchange policy?

For returns, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order. We accept returns and will offer a full refund on all items except custom made or personalized pieces. Items returned after 30 days only qualify for online use credit. 

Returned items must be in original condition and not show any signs of wear or use. To request a refund or exchange, please e-mail customerc@goldensoulera.com. Include your first and last name, item name and reason for return. Once return is received, refund or store credit will be issued within 3-5 business days(shipping fees will not be included).
